Digital SLR cameras + underwater housing

Hi all

I'm looking for some advise on my next big buy, i.e. a digital SLR which can go underwater inside a dedicated housing. Now, I know a few CSAC divers have really good such underwater cameras, but what I'm after is a really good camera on land (as this is were it is most likely to be abused of ;) ) but also able to resist and perform underwater (30-40m+) inside a proper housing. Here's some must have features:

:P anything near or exceeding 10MP, but not less than 9MP
 manual controls for aperture, shutter speed, ISO
 large LCD screen, which doesn't switch off while in shooting mode
:ugeek: have the necessary sockets for external slave flashguns/strobes
8-) compatible macro lens and a default lens range of circa 18-200 (e.g. Sigma)
 Long battery life
 a sturdy housing (30-40m+) which can supports the above.
:| package not costing several thousands of Euros, meaning I'm not after too professional high-tech gadgets

If you know of something which comes close to this, then I'd appreciate if you let me know.
